- Delivery orders within 40~50 minutes

- Payment is available in cash upon receipt, through bank cards or digital wallets.
When to start preparing, canceling or returning the order:
- Start preparing the order after reviewing the customer's data and ensuring its accuracy and clarity (such as: correct phone number, street name, distinctive mark)
- Start preparing the order in the case of digital payment after completing the payment or if the customer wishes to change the payment method to cash.
- In some exceptional cases, a deposit is required to be paid, determined by The Chef Hassan ElKhalili Restaurant customer service, and the order cannot be prepared if the customer refuses to pay it.
- The possibility of modifying the order before entering the preparation stage.
- If the customer wishes to cancel the order after entering the preparation stage or refuses to receive the order for any reason, new orders cannot be received for him except by paying with bank cards or digital wallets.
- The customer has the right to replace the item with all its components or return it if it arrives without standard specifications, after contacting The Chef Hassan ElKhalili Restaurant customer service within 90 minutes from the time of the order and confirming the validity of the complaint via the hotline 17017 or via WhatsApp Business 01097809997.
